Biography

Jamal Malik was born in Mumbai in 1987. He is an orphan. He has lived in the Slums for all his life. He works as chaiwalla at a telemarketing company. He has recently gotten onto the Indian version of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" (Kaun Banega Crorepati), and has gotten all the way to the 20 million rupee question. He has grown up in the poorest conditions, including having to flee from the beggar mafia, having to rob tourists and run fake tours at the Taj Mahal, and getting beaten by a policeman. He even lived on a train as a vagabond for a long time.
